Eska - manual wind split second [movement], highly jeweled to the center (I count 25 jewels), Venus caliber 179 ebauche, near mint+ oversized stainless steel snap [back] case, 38mm diameter [another view], near mint+ original signed silver dial with gold Arabic numerals, 2 registers: contant seconds and 30 minute recorder, chronograph and split second sweeps.
