Waltham - 23 jewels,adjusted,lever set,Lossier [movement], excellent+ 16s, 14k white gold filled, keystone boss, 3 piece [back] case,, mint gorgeous mint dial with up/down indicator, dial signed 'waltham, vanguard, 23 jewel'. not too many of these wind indicators in such a fine condition, certainly a collectors item, these watches are close to the top of the pole for railroad watches , mostly railroads are uncollected right now but not forever!
